Presentation Services (PSAV) is a non-union, inhouse, and fully equipped production company that can handle the simplest to the most complex technical requirements. Presentation Services holds contracts with the various Unions who carry out the jurisdictional requirements for the meeting spaces within the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers. For additional information regarding Union Labor rates, rules, regulations, etc., please request a copy of the Sheraton Chicago Union Labor Guidelines from your PSAV Representative. Pricing/Quotes for equipment rental through PSAV, DOES NOT include ANY power/electrical services, or power/electrical equipment (e.g. Power Strips, Extension Cords, etc.), for any meetings located in the Sheraton Chicago Ballroom, or River Expo Hall. ALL power/electrical requirements are provided by GES. GES can be reached at PLEASE COMPLETE THE TECHNOLOGY SECTION, AND THE CREDIT CARD CONSENT FORM, THEN FAX BOTH DOCUMENTS TO ALL EXHIBITOR ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE REQUESTED ORDER DATE, OTHERWISE THE ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
