ThenumberofInDDepthqueriesreceivedcontinuestofallcomparedtoprevious quartersduetotheincreasingmaturityofthesystemandcontinuallyimproved documentationandonlinetraining.trendsoverthe4quartersin2014indicate thatthenumberofinddepthqueriesreceivedeachquartermaybestabilisingto around30perquarter(roughlyoneevery3days). ThemedianresolutiontimeforInDDepthqueriesis2weeksensuring resolutionsforusersinatimescalewherethesolutionisstillrelevant. ThemediancompletiontimeforTechnicalAssessmentsis3daysincluding discussionsandclarificationswithapplicantsreducingthetimepressurefor applicantsapplyingforarcheraccess.
