1 - 1 - Provision of professional services for the installation of the hybrid reinforcement system, installation of the artificial carpet, maintenance and renovation with respect to the grass pitch at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa Public International Tender No. 3/16 In response to queries which were received by Haifa Sport and Recreation City Ltd. in connection with the aforementioned tender (the: "Tender"), please be advised with the below clarifications, comments and answers which we would like to inform all participants in the Tender. (Any terms in this letter shall be interpreted in accordance with their meaning in the Tender's documents, unless explicitly stated otherwise). Section No. Question Response B5.4 (BOQ no 2) Please provide details of existing chambers to be modified, levels up and down type of chamber Photos attached in Appendix 1 of existing inspection chambers. All of the inspection chambers along the east and west of the pitch are constructed of plastic with a concrete top (Fig. 1-2). There are a number of large circle shaped plastic inspection chambers which house the larger valves for the new irrigation system (Fig. 3-4). B5.4 (Part B p.26 STRI specs) Please confirm if the existing inspection chamber covers are to be reused or new covers supplied It is proposed to reuse the existing inspection chamber covers. B5.7 (BOQ no 2) Please provide details of existing temporary edging to be removed The temporary edging to be removed consists of wooden planks 40 mm thick screwed to the newly installed kerb (Fig. 5). B8.11 (BOQ no 3) Please confirm list and qty of existing machinery available See appendix 2 below.

2 - 2 - B8.15 (BOQ no 3) Please confirm how many non-sporting events will take place within the year Up to 10 (ten) non-sporting events per year. B5.6 (STRI specs p. 28) (a) Assuming the natural grass pitch will be completed prior to the installation of the artificial pitch surround, is it still required to wrap the grass 150 mm into the rootzone? (b) Please confirm completion date is end of August 18, (c) Please confirm expected date of awarding the contract. (a) Yes. (b) Completion date is no later than the end of August 18, (c) Contract will be awarded by the end of June Except as provided hereof, there was no change in the tender documents and its terms and conditions. 2. Any request to change a section of the Tender which was not addressed explicitly within the scope of this clarification letter shall be deemed as denied. 3. In case of discrepancy between what is in the Tender's documents and this clarification letter, the information provided in this clarification letter shall prevail. 4. This clarification letter is an integral part of the Tender's documents; therefore you must attach it to your bid when duly signed at the end of each page.
