Hamli, ad subsequet groups from Mrs. Hamli. The diaries were deposited early, withdraw, ed retured by Mr. Hamli 1 s widow o December 29, 1941 with a te year seal o the diaries. The limitig clause read - "Subject to the followig limitatios ad trust, that access to the diaries for a period of te years or util my death prior to the ed of such period, shall ot be permitted to ayoe except with my coset i writig." This collectio icludes: 28 boud volumes of diaries coverig the period boud volumes of digest ad idex of the diaries volumes of scrapbooks filled by Mr. Hamli with ewspaper clippigs coverig the period boud idex volumes of those clippigs Extracts coverig Federal Reserve material were typed from volumes 1 to 15 of the diaries. The Federal Reserve Board has a copy of these excerpts, ad this copy was loaed to this Committee where is is kept with referece material. Aother copy is i the hads of Mrs. Hamli.
