Download and Troubleshooting To access the Creative Corkboard for this Kit, simply login with your Artella Member credentials at this link: index.html All contents are high-resolution files, ready to print out on your home printer to use in your art journals, collages, and altered books. For digital artists, we also include elements prepared on transparent backgrounds, ideal for editing in digital imaging programs. Your ARTbundance Membership includes a license to use any and all of the items in these kits for your personal art projects. For commercial use inquiries, please us at: customer-service@artellaland.com. There are three ways you can download the Kit: 1. Download the individual elements you would like from the Corkboard. Simply browse the Creative Corkboard and click any image to open it in full size. From there you can download or print the image. 2. Download the ZIP file with the entire kit contents. The ZIP file includes all the kit contents in their original digital image formats. If you are not sure how to download a ZIP file, refer here. 3. Download the PDF file with the entire contents. If you are a paper artist and want to print out the images, you can download PDF kit with all the kit contents in printable format.

4 2. What is Accounting Your Blessings? Marney says: At a time in my life when my personal finances were all but ruined, I knew I needed a way to feel really, really rich. I started keeping track of all the things for which I was grateful in an old accounting ledger, feeling each entry as a deposit in my prosperity account. It was amazing to see my balance getting bigger and bigger, and miracles seemed to be flying my way at an almost-constant speed. I called this process Accounting Your Blessings and ended up sharing it as one of Artella s first very ecourses, back in 2003! This is an excellent way to cultivate a regular gratitude practice and it creates a sense of muscle memory for wealth.this technique is very helpful at taking the emphasis off of financial concerns, so you can become more aware of the riches that ARE in your life. I ve found that the more aware I am of blessings, the more blessings come my way, often in synchronous, surprising ways. The simple process: 1. Use a financial tracking system (i.e. a checkbook record, accounting recording book, or download the Ledger worksheet on the Creative Corkboard for this kit) and commit to keep a daily record of your blessings for at least 7 days. You can download individual Ledger sheets, or download a PDF with a full 7 days. Note: I ve found it works best if you do it for 30 days straight, but if you want to try it for 7 days first, that is a great way to begin. As you will see from the stories on the next page, even 7 days with this process is enough to make a big difference! 2. Use the value column on the right to assign a prosperity value to each blessing, so that you can literally do the books at the end of the week, and experience your balance getting bigger and bigger, the more aware of gratitude that you become. 3. Use the small change section at the bottom to reflect on the small changes or shifts you noticed during the week. 4. At the end of the week, use the Balance Sheet to add up your riches for the week! Try again for another week and see if your balance can get bigger! Making art to accompany this process is a way to bring even more energy to your accounting! Personal Accounting Stories Some words from ARTbundance Certifiation Training alumni, after doing the Accounting Your Blessings process: Not an hour after starting this week of Accounting Your Blessings, synchronicity kicks in and gives me a big gratitude to add in. I am reminded that if we keep offering ourselves and to share our gifts, someone eventually takes us up on it. This theme continues as I make great strides with working through and adapting the legalese involved in my business. I saw that major accident still leaves blessings, in that no major body damage occurred. The week ended with new life as a poor dumped mommy cat had her kittens. Each day, the experience has been one of a deeper connection with self and the universe. I tend toward optimism and this exercise shows me why. There is so much good if we but allow ourselves to believe in it. A more positive outlook creates a more positive life which then ripples forth, touching all those you come into contact with. Accounting Your Blessings is an easy, simple way to really bring back the joy and wonder, especially when you fall into the slump of stress and worry. Jenn Walling What I found with this project was that in a very short time, everything became a 10. When I was considering each blessing, I needed to thoroughly reflect to come up with a number, one that was fair, taking into account the other blessings and other days - left brain / right brain and all the links between! Each blessing blossomed as I made connections and added possibilities and opportunities. It was as if my consciousness of appreciation lit up, not unlike after a meditation retreat. I ve been smiling lots and feeling very grounded! Sian Pope I have been filling out Ledger sheets and we incorporated the exercise into a teen girl group workshop, where we explored the ARTbundance Principle of Attraction. We talked about attracting more of what we want to us. My Ledger entries ranged from simple to very personal. I captured moments, and as I hurriedly scribbled reasons to be grateful, I unknowingly recorded things I might have otherwise forgotten. I wanted to add as many things on the list as possible. And I wanted to spend my time doing things that are list-worthy. This makes me super-motivated to clear up things in my life that are time/energy wasters. Even if my tasks include doing laundry, I want to be as happy as I can be about it, because I am fulfilling a prior goal to keep my family organized and clean. I found that setting myself up, even just a little bit, gets your momentum kick started. (Such as printing out all my Accounting your Blessings Sheets at once, pre-dating them & keeping them with me throughout the day, is a great way to keep up with Gratitude!) Amy Heil I can t begin to tell you how many things have shifted for me in just two weeks of the Accounting Your Blessings process.. I ve kept a Gratitude Journal on and off for about a year, but your process goes beyond that and has made my own perceptions about prosperity to rise to the next level. As a result, unbelievable miracles have been happening left and right. I have never felt more wealthy, and two highly unexpected new clients came my way yesterday to prove it. The work in the Accounting Ledger is the highlight of every day. I can t wait to see what happens next. - Helen Holden

6 4. Kit Suggestions The Kit contains lots of elements that you can use to make your own Accounting Art, or any types of art. A very simple approach would be to create a piece of art that inspires your Accounting Your Blessings process. For example: 1. Select one of the Kit backgrounds 2. Add one of the journal blocks from this Kit and add an affirmation or intention to it. 3. Embellish and enhance as you like. 4. Download your choice of Accounting Your Blessings worksheets and begin the process, commiting to try it for at least 7 days. The above process is just the beginning! Have fun making this process your own, adding bits from the Kit into your daily Ledger sheets, and feel free to incorporate these pieces into other pieces of art, as well. I used the Colors: whimsy background, which reminded me of candy, so I created a lollipop by added a swirl effect to the Graph: fire background, and drew a simple white rectangle element as the lollipop stem. I used a label from the Tidbits collection with Sweet Life as the title. I used coins from the Tidbits to fasten the label at the top. I picked a tag from the Tidbits collecton and used a Photo Filter effect to make them different colors, and added text onto each tag. My last step was to use Overlay-2 to add an intriguing frame to the piece. This got me excited about tracking all the blessings leading me to the Sweet Life. I used the Treasury: vintage background paper and used one of the tickets from the Tidbits collection to represent the Prosperity Values, and I used a tag from the Tidbits collection to label it as such. I placed the thank you definition from the Tidbits onto JournalTag-4, and added several pieces of currency, also from the tidbits. I finished it off by added Thank you in different fonts, with an Outer Glow applied to each.

7 Here are suggestions for using the elements in the Kit: - 30 Accounting backgrounds Suggestions: These are great backdrops for all kinds of art projects! Each design has three variations, which is great for projects when you need coordinating pages, such as art journals or scrapbooks. - Tickets and Tags Suggestions: Bring these little gems into your artwork, or if you are following the Accouting Your Blessings process, you can use them to embelish your Ledger sheets. For digital artists, the pieces are laid out in PNG files with transparent backgrounds. - Finance Journal Blocks Suggestions: You can use the financing-themed journal tags for framing any text you include in your art, or add to your Accouting Ledger pages. - Ledger Overlays Suggestions: Overlays are used in digital art to add a variety of effects. They are grayscale, rather than color, so that you can easily add effects. If you are using Photoshop, play with the Layer Effects dropdown box to tweak the look of the overlay. In the PDF version, you can print out the pages and use them however you like. They can even be used as in place of your Ledger sheets for the daily accounting process. You can also print them out and decorate them; they are ideal for adding your own paint, marker, colored pencils, etc...think of them as grown-up coloring books! :-) - Accounting Your Blessings Ledger Sheets Suggestions: These are the three sheets you need to follow the Accounting Your Blessings process (outlined earlier in this booklet).
