1 Key Stage 2 Curriculum Years 3 and 4

2 Primary Curriculum Key Stage 2 Years 3 and 4 Maths & English are taught as discreet subjects with work matched to the contents of the National Curriculum & differentiated according to individual need. The Foundation subjects are the basis for our topic based Creative Curriculum. This includes some RE, PE, PSHE and music where appropriate, but these subjects also have their own curricula and timetable slots. YR 3 Autumn 1 Autumn 2 Spring 1 Spring 2 Summer 1 Summer2 Invaders and settlers: Roman Britain British Clothing WW2 A Childs View Invaders and settlers: Anglo Saxon Scots Out and About Victorious Victorians Science History Geography Art Different rocks have different properties and the formation of soil & fossils can be explained. The Romanschanges in Britain; what caused them and the impact on life in Britain. How the Romans invaded, European settlements and land use. Roman Mosaics Roman Shield Roman Pot Materials have physical properties which can be investigated and compared The history of clothing in Britain from 1066 through to the present day.
