15 Simple Past Tense Formula: S + V2 2 + O 一般过去式 Example: Rose left the US in Reading: Read the story. Underline the past tense. There was a boy from a village. He took care of a flock of sheep. He loved his sheep. He wanted his sheep to be happy and healthy. One day he took them to the mountains. There was no one else there. The boy was alone. He did not like it. He played with some sheep.
