2 Welcome to Chad Hudson Events! It s incredible how time flies! In September, our company marked it s sixth anniversary. I can t believe the amazing stories and memorable events we ve created throughout this journey with the clients I have the privilege of calling my friends as well. As we look toward the next six years, we continue to strive to be a pioneer in the events industry by defining trend-setting, unexpected and recognizable live events, promotional stunts, brand activations, corporate functions, galas and premieres! This packet will introduce you to our company and my team of professional, creative and talented individuals that are behind some of the industry s most attention-grabbing, innovative events. We will also highlight some of our recent, notable events that have established us as leaders in the event industry. Our clients turn to us to create exceptional and streamlined guest and fan experiences, from intimate dinner parties to large scale film premieres and industry events. Over the course of the past year, our projects have taken us to the Super Bowl with DIRECTV, the All-Star Gala in Minneapolis with Major League Baseball and to countless red carpets and stages across Los Angeles and New York where our work remains deeply rooted. 3 Company Overview Chad Hudson Events has nearly 20 years of event production and management experience. Chad Hudson launched CHE in 2008 following seven years as an event producer and manager at Warner Bros. Pictures. Chad Hudson Events is a full service event production, design, management and lifestyle services company. Encompassing all aspects of special events, CHE emphasizes the importance of developing fresh ideas and implementing a creative design process that adheres to strict aesthetic taste, while providing a friendly staff and superior management for its innovative events. The CHE team handles all aspects of an event including budget, location, layout, design, rentals, lighting, sound, fan engagement and management, catering, invitations, rsvp tracking, seating, staffing, management, load-in, strike and all other necessary tasks. CHE s client-centric approach focuses on all possible needs and goes beyond the role of most traditional event companies. The company boasts an up-to-date VIP contact list of over 10,000 celebrities, models, influencers and socialites in Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Las Vegas. CHE has helped successfully launch and promote scores of films, restaurants, boutique stores, fashion lines, night clubs and hotels over the years through special events, promotions, weekly parties or tastemaker events no matter the city. Chad Hudson Events also has the ability to secure potential sponsors and manage the relationships and needs throughout the entire event process. In addition, CHE successfully leverages long-term vendor relationships to help off-set costs for its clients working with limited budgets. CHE helps to solicit money-saving partnerships to ensure that sponsors and vendors are part of the process of delivering events within or under budget. Chad Hudson Events has a well-established track record of successful event and promotions work which includes the production and management of over 500 events: film premieres, Academy Award and Golden Globes events, product launches, private parties, conventions, fundraisers and fashion shows among others. Among some of our notable projects: all the film premieres and fan experiences for The Twilight Saga, many in the Harry Potter series, Oceans 11,12 and 13, The Matrix Trilogy, DIRECThe Dark TV s Activations at the Super Bowl ,Major League Baseball s All-Star Gala 2013 & 2014, DreamWorks company-wide update, Knight, Academy Awards and Golden Globes campaigns and parties, Guess North American Conference and a number of Oscar-winning pictures. 8 Premiere Ticketing & Guest Services Chad Hudson Events provides comprehensive ticketing and guest services for all events, from small, intimate academy gatherings to the largest industry premieres. Our staff has planned and executed more than 400 events, from a small New York screening of a horror film to 10,000 guests, 10,000 fans, and 200 celebrities on a star-studded conclusion to a major film franchise. Every step of the CHE experience is focused on flawless guest list management and a personal experience for all filmmakers, talent, executives, and invited guests. Invitations are electronically tracked; every guest receives a confirmation of their RSVP; every guest receives a confirmation letter with all details of the event and parking passes; every guest is sat with client input and approval; will call operates smoothly and flawlessly with no lines and special but discreet VIP treatment for the most important guests; and every ticketing issue, problem, or concern is handled with a smile. CHE works with publicity teams to ensure maximum press exposure for arrivals while still getting premieres to start on time! Our team also manages transportation services for celebrities, film and studio executives attending premiers to create an efficient, streamlined arrivals plan. Sponsorship In addition to clients within the entertainment industry, CHE has a broad network of corporations looking for exposure, access and involvement within entertainment. CHE searches for ways to partner brands with film properties to sponsor unique parties, activations and, in some instances, premieres themselves. Our sponsorship work has created memorable activations for our studio clients at Comic Con, TIFF, SXSW and Sundance. Similarly, our production team has worked with and secured some of the biggest names in the industry.
