16 Outage Editor The top section of the Outage Editor column headers show Outage information and basic statistics

17 Outage Editor The middle section of the Outage Editor column headers show Feeder information. Users can use the Stop Refresh button to stop the form from refreshing during peak Outage times. Show Feeder shows Feeders that do not currently have outages. Use the Search field to search for a Location.

20 Outage Editor Edit Closed Outage To Search for a previously closed Outage, set the beginning and ending dates and times and click search

21 Outage Editor Edit Outage Use the Edit Outage form to set time of Outage, cause, Crew assignment, Weather Codes and Add Notes

22 Outage Editor Confirm Device To Confirm a device - right click on the device and set the phases to Open or Closed

23 Outage Editor Post Feeder Posting a Feeder to the Outage System will allow changes made to be posted to the GIS System

24 Outage Editor Edit Preferences The Preferences form allows clients to customize the Outage Editor to fit the individual Coops needs.

25 Outage Editor Edit Preferences Ratios determine how quickly an outage will move up the line.

26 Outage Editor Edit Preferences Storm Mode When the Outage System is in Storm Mode prediction is turned off. Regardless of how many services are on an Outage it will never convert to a Device Outage. Auto Storm Mode is for turning on Storm Mode without any external input once call volume has reached a certain point.

27 Outage Editor Edit Preferences Misc Preferences allow users to show time as military or standard time. Please Note: If you are using CallNet, Misc Preferences is where you turn on the poller to look for the call file.

32 Outage Stats Runs most standard Metrics Various reports can be run for specific breakdown

33 View Customers Right click on the Outage and then click the View Customers Affected by Outage Number XX. This will bring up a list of all customers that were affected by the outage

34 View Customers Users can print a list of all Customers involved in the Outage.

35 Print letters Users can create a New Letter, view a Previous Letter or Reprint a letter. Use the Clear button to clear the Letter Body form Click Print to print the letters.
