10 EXHIBITION BOOKING PROCESS 1. Request a copy of the Rate card which includes the Terms and Conditions of exhibiting in Greenstone Shopping Centre. Forward a detailed proposal of your exhibition (including visuals and layout) and proposed dates thereof 3. Proposal to be confirmed by a Centre Representative 4. If the dates, area and proposal have been approved, the contract document and rules and regulations to Nkateko on Greenstoneexhibitions@telkomsa.net to be invoiced. Please note exhibition court bookings are subject to availability. 5. Once issued with an invoice, kindly scan & proof of payment to Nkateko. The booking is only deemed confirmed once payment has been received. 6. Once we receive proof of payment, you will be issued with an official Exhibition Permit. 7. Kindly ask your representative who will be present at the exhibition to bring along the original permit, should Security request to see a copy thereof. This must be kept on their person at all times whilst exhibiting in the Centre. Terms and Conditions apply
