4 Introduction Zimpli Kids At Zimpli Kids, we design, manufacture, market and supply some of the most unique and innovative children s toy products on the market. As a young vibrant company, we are always striving to create fun new products that will safely enhance both children s and parent s experiences of playtime. In early 2017, Europe s largest toy distributor, Simba Toys, became a major shareholder of Zimpli Kids. Simba s superb infrastructure has assisted the company in continuing our substantial growth for a third consecutive year Social media marketing has played a major role in getting Zimpli Kids to the fantastic position we are in today particularly on YouTube. Our most popular products Gelli Baff and Slime Baff have clocked up over 6 BILLION views on YouTube from independent reviewers worldwide in just over 3 years. This viral success has translated into international brand awareness, outstanding sell through at retail and has secured distribution in over 50 countries across the globe.

5 Introduction Manufacturing & Safety The first box of Gelli Baff was sold into the UK market in January 2007 and we are proud to say we have had the same initial selection available in multiple UK retailers now for over 10 years. In this 10+ year period, our worldwide sales are over 30 million units of Gelli Baff and 20 million units of Slime Baff, all using the exact same trusted patent protected formulation. Our entire product range is skin safe, stain free, drain safe and easy clean! More importantly, after the 2018 investigations into dangerous levels of Boron in many Slime products, we are happy to confirm that our products contain no boron, boric acid or any other boric acid derivatives. We take the safety of all of our products exceptionally seriously and this is evident in not only how thoroughly our products are tested, but also in our choice to manufacture over 95% of our products in the UK. In late 2018, Zimpli Kids moved to a considerably larger premises which allowed us to massively increase our own manufacturing capability. We put substantial investment into new infrastructure and machinery which has enabled us to manufacture over 95% of products in our UK based IS accredited manufacturing plant. Due to this UK manufacturing infrastructure, we can now manufacture and deliver bespoke orders in as little as a week. Zimpli Kids also offer same day dispatch for any mainland UK orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. We distribute to over 50 countries and we have extensive, up to date safety certification from every major jurisdiction worldwide.
