3 Gear Rack set 5.33 Product No Grease the racks and the friction plates with Fluorflon PTFE grease. Assemble the slipper. Fixate the nut in the slipper with Locktite 460 Mount the slipper in a straight line with middle beam track. 11. Grease the gear rack and friction plates with Flouron PTFE grease. Replace the gear racks. 12 ± 3 Nm (106 ± 27 In lbf) Insert the left gear rack into the middle beam Gear rack on middle beam with label Gear rack on middle beam with no label. Insert the right gear rack (with label) into the middle beam. 12. If applicable: Assemble the upper stop screw and the square nut. Stop screw, upper (M6x8) IMPORTANT! Use the pin to lock the axle where the strap was mounted. 5. Push the emergency lowering handle down and pull the strap away. 6. Pull the rest of the strap out and remove the plastic housing. 7. After changing lift strap the Limit Switch must be tested by lifting maximum load all the way up to the highest position through the entire lifting range. Check all functions. Remove the cables from the electronic card. brown, blue, red, black 5. Loosen the electronic card by removing the screws, see picture 6, pull out the card. Loosen the screws holding the cables. 6. Assemble the new card. Make sure that the spacers (A) is between the mast and the card. Connect the cables. Make sure that the new card works by operating the actuator down at the same time as you press the Limit switch on the electronic card. Note: Some of the poles (+/ -) can be changed in older versions. The colours of the cable can be different than the picture shows. Always test the functionality after assembly. - ESD protection is required. - With the emergency stop out, move the liftstrap all the way up against the SSP Limit switch.
