3 The C&IT Agency Forum is the ultimate, not-to-be missed event for senior agency event professionals. C&IT is partnering with Manchester Central to bring the flagship annual Agency Forum to Manchester on 2-4 August This is the first time the three-day event has been held in the North. We are delighted that C&IT has chosen Manchester Central for the Agency s first venture into the north of England. Over the years, we ve developed strong relationships with some of the UK s leading agencies and following the launch of our agency information portal; we re keen to further enhance these relationships at the event this year Angie Robinson, CEO, Manchester Central. Last year s stand-out event saw over 90 delegates in attendance from some of the top event agencies across the UK, exciting speakers and 50 industry leading suppliers. 4 Our manifesto... Educate: C&IT Agency Forum exists to keep senior event professionals from agencies ahead of the trends that drive the event industry forward. By attending, you will hear interesting, unique and above all useful content, which you can take away and apply to your own events. Connect: We don t only qualify the most useful connections between senior event organisers and industry-leading suppliers. You ll tell us what you want to know, and we will connect you with those who can help. You will have meetings with experts who specialise in the areas that you want to know about. This meeting format means you will make genuine connections and leave with a new set of expert peers. Inspire: We promise to not regurgitate the same old content. Instead you will hear from some of the most senior event figures from both agencies and brands who will be discussing the key challenges and issues facing the events industry through a series of huddles and panel discussions.

5 What happens at the event? The 3-day event is broken into 6 parts, all taking place at Manchester Central and various venues and areas around Manchester: 1/ Day 1 Check into your accommodation and take part in an evening activity on the first night. Last year s Muhammad Ali exhibition and Brooklyn Bowl reception will for sure, be one to top 2/ Day 2 Welcome to the Forum: Leading keynote sessions and panel discussions, delivered by speakers from both agencies and brands 3/ Day meetings between yourself and industry leading suppliers 4/ Day 2 Interactive workshops to discuss and share key issues and challenges facing the events industry 5/ Day 2 The 2016 Forum s networking drinks reception and gala dinner took place at Old Royal Naval College s stunning Painted Hall. This year we will be seeing what Manchester has to offer, but be assured it will be a night you will not want to miss 6/ Day 3 A snappy content session followed by meetings, panel discussion and lunch before close
