2 TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Electronic packaging machine activated by Brushless motors with axial control touch-screen command board able to memorize up to 140 different working programs. All the corrections/adjustments that would be necessary can be done even during a production process just by setting the touch screen. CHARACTERISTICS - Packaging machine with 5 lanes, fed from a single reel of film placed on the rear of the machine. Produces thermo-sealed pouches on four sides, with a fix size : width of 47mm and length of 47mm. - Mechanical speed production up to 10 linear meters per minute (depending on the quantity of the product, on the length of the pouch and on the film used). - Usable films: all the materials and the laminated foils produced for continuous cycle machines. DOSING SYSTEM 10 lanes vibrating counting system, with : - Tablets presence control in the filling channel; - Aspirator system to remove the broken pieces; - Product level sensor - Photocell for print centering; - Thermo-adjusters to control the temperature; - Conveyor belt for pouches evacuation; - CE approved protections guards; - All the parts in touch with the product n stainless steel
