1 What s New in VISION Rx DVI Control of Essilor Digital Manufacturing Process Auto initiation of Essilor digital jobs Digital calculation ticket no longer required as the DVI workticket has the correct processing information Control of cribbing, including complex cribbing DVI block and ring selection Finished Lens on AR Match manufacturers and prevent half pair selection of lab coat with pre-coat scratch. This change eliminates getting a different result depending on the order (right to left) of processing. Re-processing Surfaced Work and Department Mapping Department mapping by service codes has been updated so that re-processing surfaced work starts in the same department as before. This preserves most mapping and came about because a customer maps certain premium coatings to CTP using a global service code but sometimes changes to non-premium to expedite after surface. Digital Department Seg Clearing on 63 Block Warnings Miscellaneous If a digital department is set up to use the 63 block for chatter (usually block #3) then the program will use it automatically to clear segs when needed. Warning 83 AR/SCR mismatch No longer shows on Trivex, only on Poly Warning 84 Logged Lenses Now invoked when doing a lens change on a logged lens. 3 What s New in VISION Inspection Station Improved handling of untested inspection results allows untested jobs to be caught before shipping Miscellaneous Encrypted internet backup can be enabled to provide additional security when sending to DVI All vendor-management screens updated to graphical interface System Notifications program allows the user to manage all and text message notifications in one place MegaTransfer File version D now shows the original invoice number and shipdate for redos Examples Order modification enabled via the Modify Order button for jobs that are currently in-process while the View History button will show the job s history The job modification/entry screen looks similar to the entry screens available via RxEntry and RxWizard

4 Examples Clicking on the round blue button to the left of the Lens Style field will display the cascading menu. The View History button leads to a screen similar to the Tray History option in Work in Process and shows the lab, job location, time and date. The Purchase Order Maintenance program has been revamped and is now in the Windows format. Features include separate tabs to show the type of orders (sent/unsent/back/received), along with a split view showing the items that comprise the order and filtering to help find specific items with ease.

5 Examples Users can specify a label to print from a Combobulator queue. The label is printed via the right-click menu and the Print Frame Labels commands. The queue criteria can be set up to remove jobs upon printing. Jobs through the device and broken are shown on the left, whereas the total jobs through the device is shown on the right, as a percentage. Columns show breakages through each device by material, followed by jobs through device and broken (penultimate column) and total jobs through device (last column). The pink highlight indicates a high breakage device.

6 Examples Package/Preferred Pricelists available and can be specified by account, allowing for the consolidation of pricelists by eliminating the creation of new pricelists in which the only difference is to map to different pricelists. If P2 is shared by two accounts who have different default pricelists, a copy of P2 would need to be made in the past so that the mapping stayed in place. Using the Package/Preferred Pricelists feature, the copy is no longer need it as the mapping follows what is setup in the example shown to the left.
