SERVICE INSTRUCTION This display typically sits on the Main Register counter, but place where manager directs. If the March display is on the counter, with the manager s permission, return the product to their home locations and dispose of the March display. If the display is already on the sales floor, ensure the correct product is in the display and that it is fully stocked. Some of the M&M products do not have a home location but may be in another promotional location. Pull product from back room first if possible. If not then balance product between locations. Pack out more product if needed. These products may be on the sales floor already, but try to find additional product in the back room first to fill the table If the manager can print the mylars for you within the time you have, please place them. Place the product currently on the top of the Boat in a cart and set the display. NOTE: Product shipped to stores to support this display in separate boxes. Each box has the same WIC as the product s WIC. Product box dimensions are all 15 x 9 x 5 Pack out more product from the back room first. If additional product is not found in the back room, balance the product on the floor between locations. If the display is already on the sales floor, ensure the correct product is in the display and that it is fully stocked. These products may be in the Easter aisle or on a promotional table or endstand, or possibly in the candy aisle. Ideally, you should find these 6 products on the Mars Easter Display Table, if set correctly. Place one (1) IRC on EVERY OTHER package of the products below. If there is not enough product on the shelf to place your IRC s, check the backroom for overstock. Pack out the below product if possible and place the remainder of your IRCs. Take any unused IRC's with you to your next store. If this is your last store, leave remaining IRC's with the Manager. Ensure the April Item Of The Month counter display is on the sales floor (WIC ) and filled with the recommended products. Rep will bring in 11 Mars IRCs to place on 6 Mars Candy products. Representative Responsibility: Check in with a member of management Ensure the Easter Boat-Top display is on the sales floor. If not, work with the manager to locate the display for rep to set. Ensure the April Item Of The Month counter display is on the sales floor. Recommended location: Checkout Counter Ensure the displays are filled with the recommended products. Place the 11 IRCs on the 6 designated Mars SKUs Store Responsibility: Help the rep locate the Boat-Top display in the stockroom if not on the sales floor. Help the rep locate the April Item Of The Month display in the stockroom if not on the sales floor. Help the rep locate any of the recommended Mars products for the displays if not on the sales floor.
