25 So Have We Improved Traffic? Improved egress time due to live back-and-forth communication with on-street police Achieved goal of having traffic returned to normal, uncongested period within 120 minutes of game-end Able to optimize signal timing plans on the fly Able to monitor barricade contractor and tell them to move out quicker than before open up intersection back to normal Implement Post-Game Timing Plans If it s a blowout and people leave earlier implement plan earlier If game runs long adjust when plan should be started 25
