11 Community Engagement music for a cause Music for a Cause provides support for many of the Midlands non-profits. This program partners with local human service charities for each of the Masterworks concerts. The charities are provided tickets to sell as a fundraiser and numerous marketing opportunities to promote their mission to S.C. Phil audiences. This program also gives us an opportunity to reach supporters of these outstanding organizations, many of whom have never attended an S.C. Phil concert. 20 outreach The six charities this season are: Harvest Hope lighthouse for life Historic columbia Palmetto place foundation Children s shelter home works of america Red White & babies conduct the phil Conduct the Phil makes the flash mob experience interactive putting a professional orchestra at community events where the Midlands gathers to let you conduct.
