A draft of minutes of a meeting will be sent to all members within 10 days. The final minutes will be provided to our project officer at the JU. 1

2 All participants are requested to prepare minutes for telephone meetings and WP meetings and send them to the Coordinator for documentation purposes. Please use the CISTEM template for minutes. Test protocols You will find the agreed document on test protocols on the website, when they have been defined. This is planned for end of November 2013 (deliverable 3.1). 8 Publication In every publication the CISTEM Logo (poster and presentations) and the FCH-JU Logo need to be used, example has been given in the PPTtemplate. It is recommended by the project officer to also include the logos of NEW-IG and N.ERGHY also. It is obligatory to inform the coordinator about each publication (papers, orals and posters) of any CISTEM results. All publications and oral presentations will be uploaded. So please provide the presentations to the administrative support. In addition we are requested to provide all papers and presentations together with the reports to our project officer. Publication and Dates for reports to the FCH-JU will be given on the website (internal). Please provide information on patent applications from the project (according to CA). Relevant IP regarding the project could be uploaded to the website. Information Information from the EU regarding financial issues from our project officer will be supplied from the website.
