3 The control in the rack was meant to serve as a temporary solution while we finalize room design. This is only for controlling the microphones and speaker volume in the room. Please expect to transfer this control to the new touch panel. 16. Is it the intent to reuse the existing Document Camera in the lectern, or replace it with a similar 17. As specified in the RFP these were only recommendations and not a guide for adoption. If the vendor has some other way to control devices within the room outside of the Crestron system we welcome any suggestions. 20. Are there existing Floorplan or Block diagrams drawings available for reference?
