Tony Wu ask us if we were to install Cat6 cable for WIFI on each quest floor. - We have no detail on drawings. please advise 2. We were just told in meeting that Dual system need to be in place on 5th floor - Are we installing 2nd 2-post rack in room? 3. We were told in install New Cat6 on existing racks until they get New System in place. is that true? NOTE if that is the case Change Order will be needed 4. Are the TV systems going to use Cat6 cable to TV's on 12th & 11th floors? (Existing Coax cable was removed). NOTE: If not RG-6 Cable will need to be re-installed for TV's. Change Order will be needed to re-install RG-6 cables on 12th & 11th floors 5. New TV location, Will the RJ-45 Cat6 outlet be installed in wall/ 6. Are we using all White faceplate? White RJ-45 Cat6 outlets at each communications location / TV's? Response Requested By: Response: 1. No additional cabling required for WiFi. Access points will be housed within guest rooms. 2. Yes, install 2nd 2-post rack in room, as per RFP requirement. 3. No, you are to terminate new cabling into the new rack in the IDF. Upon 100% completion of project, the legacy systems/rack will be removed from the space. 4. LV drawing set called out that all COAX cabling was to remain due to phased approach to room renovations and hotel systems rollout. We will need that COAX replaced in those rooms.

2 5. The TV Cat6 location in each room should be coordinated with EC location/height of power for TV. 6. For the guestrooms, cover plates and receptacles for devices that occur on guestroom walls w/ PT- 01 wall finish, should be black. All other guestroom cover plates and receptacles should be white. For the public space, Lobby Level device cover plates and receptacles should all be black. Event Level device cover plates and receptacles should all be grey.
