3 Business Cards 13 Color Art Service Division Color 14 Business Cards 14 care Interiors Color & Type Face 15 Business Cards 15 This guide forms a base from which to maintain the core element of Color Art Integrated Interiors (Color Art) graphic and marketing strategy the brand. It provides the critical information needed for the digital and print application of Color Art s identity, and sets out clear rules of use in an effort to preserve the integrity and professionalism of its roots. It also works to establish a strong, consistent recognition of the Color Art brand within the marketplace. Color Art Integrated Interiors will provide electronic files of our logos and other visual marketing materials: contact us by at khefele@color-art.com All materials displaying the brands of Color Art Integrated Interiors, Color Art Office Furniture, Commercial Integration & Construction, Facility Management Services Group, Innovative Technology Group, Image Flooring, Recycled Office Interiors, Color Art Service Division and CAre Interiors, must conform to these guidelines. 4 Color Art Integrated Interiors Consistent use of color, graphics, typeface and message helps people quickly identify and more clearly understand Color Art Integrated Interiors out of the thousands of images and messages that shout for attention in today s world. Color Art Integrated Interiors visual identity consists of four bar formats: Logo A. CA palette with black bar, name, and tagline: Color Art Integrated Interiors B. CA palette with black bar, name, and tagline: A Color Art Integrated Interiors Company C. Integrated corporate logo contains CA palette with black bar, name, tagline, and all 8 individual company logos in black and white. D. Bottom of Web pages: corporate bar with no logos (A Color Art Integrated Interiors Company) and descriptive buttons on top. Where it needs to be used To be used at the bottom of: letterhead & business cards for Color Art Integrated Interiors only To be used at the bottom of: print literature (for individual company case studies) individual company presentations all individual company websites To be used for Color Art Integrated Interiors materials that include all of the companies: ie: corporate presentations banners truck graphics To be used on websites only. A. The first logo consists of the CA palette with the black bar, name: Color Art Integrated Interiors and tagline: Because what s inside counts (which is always centered in the black bar). The palette block is placed at a designated distance from the edge of the black bar which extends to the end of the page. The length of the black bar is dependent on the width of the page. The size of the Color Art logo and text does not change in proportion to the paper width. Color Art Integrated Interiors 3
5 Not CA logo and text is too large. Font is Grey - old version. B. The second logo consists of the CA palette with the black bar, name: A Color Art Integrated Interiors Company and tagline: Because what s inside counts (which is always centered in the black bar). The palette block is placed at a designated distance from the edge of the black bar which extends to the end of the page. The length of the black bar is dependent on the width of the page. The size of the Color Art logo and text does not change in proportion to the paper width. This logo is to be used with all of the individual company collateral. C. The third logo consists of the CA palette with the black bar, name: Color Art Integrated Interiors and tagline: Because what s inside counts. The palette block is placed at a designated distance from the edge of the black bar which extends to the end of the page. The size of the Color Art logo and text have increased slightly due to the addition of the 8 company logos. All of the corporate logos are present on the top of the bar in black and white. White space must be left following the care interiors logo, and under the palette logo. The order of the companies is as follows: Office Interiors, Commercial Installation & Construction, Facility Management Services Group, Innovative Technology Group, Recycled Office Interiors, Image Flooring, Service Division, Care Interiors. 6 The top of each website consists of tabs representing the integrated services offered by each company. The order of each company is to be followed, with the color suited to the company colors. Color & Type Face The Color Art logo consists of a colorful, eps CA palette placed on the black top bar. It also contains a registration mark located at the bottom right of the CA palette square. The verbiage is to be set up as follows: Color Art Integrated Interiors and A Color Art Integrated Interiors Company: Pantone: Hexachrome Black C Typeface: Times / Italic / Tracking: 50 Because what s inside counts: Pantone: White CMYK: 0% 0% 0% 0% RGB: Web: #FFFFFF Typeface: Times / Italic / Tracking: -5 Black Bar Pantone: Hexachrome Black C Exceptions There are three exceptions to the above rules: A. If you are working with a colored background If the company bar is to be used on a color background, the Color Art Integrated Interiors must be white: 5

If individual companies are working with landscape format sheets Landscape formats contain the Color Art Company bar extending along the entire bottom of the page, with the individual corporate address and information at the bottom right hand side of the bar. The individual corporate logo is to be placed at the top left hand corner of the page with a grey line extending from the corporate logo to the Color Art Company Bar. Example of Innovative Technology Group: Black font address Pantone: Hexachrome Black C Black font Grey Vertical Bar Pantone: Hexachrome Black C Stroke: 0.25 C. Business cards The integrated business card includes all eight logos from left to right: Care Interiors, Office Interiors, CIC, Image Flooring, FMSG, CA Service Division, ROI and Innovative Technology Group. The integrated business card does not have the standard CA logo at the bottom left. Instead, the logo is at the top left. The company name should be italicized in times, italic font. The black bar is flush against the bottom of every business card. Not wrong text for company name, bar is too wide, tagline not centered in black bar. 6
8 Letterhead Corporate letterhead consists of the individual companies logo located at the top left side of the page, following the grey bar down to the bottom integrated logo bar. The font for the address is arial, 10 pts, formatted left. The format for the letterhead is similar to all of the business cards. A jpg format for the background will be provided for every company. Signatures signatures need to be standardized for each company and written in an arial font that can be translated by all computers. Specialized font can not always be viewed by every computer and will end up being garbled, and illegible on s. The signatures should include individual company logos and the A Color Art Integrated Interiors Company bar. The signatures include the name, office/fax info and website address. Integrated Case Studies Integrated case studies are set up in InDesign and contain a standardized format: The Challenge, The Solution and testimonials from the client and architect on the project. A faded Color Art Integrated Interiors bar with company logos is located at the bottom of the second page. Labels/Envelopes All labels and envelopes consist of the same upper left hand logo/address format: Color Art Integrated Interiors 1325 N. Warson Road St. Louis, MO
9 Color Art Office Interiors The Color Art Office Interiors logo is to be the same palette logo as integrated interiors, with Office Interiors added in italicized format at the bottom. The registration mark stays at the lower, bottom right corner of the logo as well. Not blue and white palette. Color & Type Face Color Art Furniture Division visual identity consists of the integrated interiors logo with Office Interiors text underneath the box and registration mark to the bottom right of the logo. Office Interiors: Pantone: Hexachrome Black U Typeface: MetaPlusBlack - Italic Business Cards Similar to the integrated business card, Office Interiors does not have the standard CA logo at the bottom left. Instead, the Office Interiors logo is at the top left. Back of card has tagline in times, italicized font. 8
10 Commercial Installation & Construction Commercial Installation & Construction visual identity consists of two logos: The first contains the CIC logo with the name Commercial Installation & Construction underneath the logo. Not Older version. 13 Recycled Office Interiors Recycled Office Interiors contains a blue logo with the recycle image around the initials. Both the text and image must be used. The text is an outlined object - no font is available. Not No text. 14 Image Flooring Image Flooring contains a revised logo that does not have the LLC. It contains a grid with an open box and outlined text. The text is an outlined object - no font is available. Not Not the correct colors. Contains LLC. Solid black box. 15 Color Art Service Division The Color Art Service Division consists of the gradiated black palette symbol, blue acronym and black text logo. The text is an outlined object - no font is available. Not All blue. 16 care Interiors The care interiors logo has a family of designs for separate uses. It consists of the lower case title, circles and tagline. Based on the need of the logo, the tagline can be switched from improving the healthcare experience all in lower case, to a color art integrated interiors company. The ca is always bolded or a different color from the other parts of the logo. With Color Art tagline. Not to be used with Color Art bar. With care tagline. For bags with Color Art tagline; circles need to be white. Not to be used with Color Art bar. Black and white logo with care tagline.
