A wide choice of catering is provided on arrival, at mid-morning, lunchtime and mid-afternoon. There are two packages to choose from: Premium and Premium Plus to suit all events, from large corporate events to smaller meetings. These include the Waldo Williams and Ada Salter Suites which are popular addon areas for catering or smaller meetings and syndicate rooms. Visitors are invited to take advantage of the Quaker Centre which houses a bookshop, dedicated worship space and award-winning, sustainable café. The open-air courtyard in the heart of the venue provides delegates with a surprising, tranquil outdoor oasis. Large enough to provide sheltered break-out areas under canvas, it is also popular for lunches during the warmer months.
