Should try and contact Deb directly will usually deal. Nancy will get in touch with her by Friday deadline. Look into collaboration festivals so it can be brought in whether we put online or they do Snow man: three balls hat buttons carrot nose Centre piece: vetoed 7.2 FOOD AND BEVERAGE Natalie and Sophie o Have a menu: Bev: Tim Hortons (no tea so expensive), juice comes with all supplies Food: candy, lollipops for trees, Steph Fusco s cookies (maple chocolate, etc) Costco: assorted chips on sale from Halloween (50 bags 17.49), chocolates for Christmas Toblerone bars for 10$, 2 bite brownies prepackaged, cream puffs Stuffed olives served with cheese and crackers Supplies: skewers, linens and trays (getting charged for linens) serving cups, napkins o Needs: extra garages, recycling 7.3 VENDORS Martha o 2 DVDs from film o Intro to commercial jazz confirmed o Post grad fundraising management will give us power point on 3 hour loop (find out content prior thought, worried about it being solely on Montreal shooting) o Ken can ask students to design brochure on food bank o Confirmed: Keely Wallace & guest (possible Andrew Dawson) o Creative advertising (Micheal Rosen) can provide stuff from library, we can take it done in a week from there o Contemporary music: Mark Promane, interested will get in contact with student who he calls best musician in school,will try and get someone to perform o Froaman: program only a year students are new so don t have much to show will contact grad students to contribute o Barb Elliot: going to drop by because doesn t answer phone or s o Package and graphic design: o Advertising and copyright: nothing o Comedy and performance: stand up more of night thing, not clean will try and get improve though o Theatre performance: can t participate, contact HSF program for more information o Film and media: no participation

Nick wants image of k building to tie in location Sponsorship: Nick is getting ipod 6.1 Social media Sara o Flash mob official up, keep sharing 394 views o 1000 hopefully by next week o Sending the link to big personalities: Send to Deb, MTV Send to mark s contact Focus on Humber students o Curtis brown: tweeting schedule, giving him something to tweet to his network o Send Nathan for approval o Class tweeting things at it, asking questions o Start tweeting asking people if they want to participate they can entertainment.lakeshow@gmail.com o Marc: time slots can grow, students are sending s asking to perform, have two bands confirmed o Need to get just general participants o Start writing on boards to promote in empty classroom : name, get cultured, day/ time /place and social media handles o Go through marketing person at MTV o Let Sara know if there are people to pursue and someone will contact them o Next steps: give content to post on sites, going to start doing street interviews about how people on campus get cultured and put up as videos, as performer confirmation comes in will do bios and link them to Facebook for advertising o Steph Fusco is posting blogs about how to get cultures in Toronto 6.2 MEDIA AMY o Internal: current expire tomorrow, Get flash mob on Humber TV, there is audio is A/B building server isn t working (Steph Fusco will Laura Banks) Radio Humber: info has been posted, now it can be officially announced (Paul Cross is in-charge at North campus and will forward info along) Can t post ad on Humber website, not HSF so can t advertise but herd of an off campus connection e-blast and will get back
