6 people the team behind the cheese Editor Courtney Hollands comes to with more than a decade of experience writing and editing for magazines, newspapers, and the web. She started her career as a small-town reporter and has covered everything from fashion and travel, to music and beer for Boston magazine, The Boston Globe, The Guardian, even Rolling Stone, and is excited to immerse herself in the fascinating, delicious world of cheese. Web editor Amy Scheuerman previously worked at America s Test Kitchen where she created content for their online cooking school. She now keeps the website full of interesting content, makes readers hungry with s three newsletters, and edits recipes for the print magazine. Associate editor Rebecca Haley-Park s background in writing assists her in crafting a strong voice for. When not writing, eating, or reading about cheese, she s usually out on a run. Publisher Stephanie Skinner has launched magazines and media properties for over 25 years. combines her enthusiasm for media with a love of fine food and drink.
