31 RENTAL DETAILS DETAILS Rentals may be picked up anytime after 10am on the day of the rental and must be returned on the due date by 9am. We are closed on all Sundays and some Saturdays. If we are closed either/both of those days the rental is due back by 9am the following day that we are back open. A weekend rate will be automatically applied to holiday weekend rentals. If a rental is not returned on time you will be charged another full days rent. All charges are based on a time of possession whether used or not, including circumstances beyond Hayes control such as weather, manpower or electrical restrictions. The renter agrees to inspect the equipment to ensure it is clean and in good condition upon pickup and agrees to return it in as good of condition (ordinary wear and tear expected). Equipment returned dirty is subject to a $35 cleaning charge. A cash or credit card deposit may be required on all equipment at time of pickup. Renter must present a valid government-issued identification upon pickup and return. 30
