Gather all publicatin text in a nn-frmatted Wrd Dcument. Make sure that text is accurate and cmplete. Fr Example: Artist Bis Event Descriptin Event Pricing Structure Registratin Fees/Materials Gather any high-reslutin images (300 dpi) that pertain t yur event Think abut yur audience. Wh shuld receive yur mailing? Hw will materials be distributed? Etc. I HAVE CONTENT FOR THE WEBSITE. WHAT DO I DO? it as a Wrd.dc t Jayne (allisn.4@su.edu) and cc Tami (mrris.1006@su.edu). HOW DO I SUBMIT INFORMATION FOR CONCERT PROGRAM CREATION? *Submit Early! Tami crdinates prductin f special event prgrams (Celebratin Cncert, CMF, etc.). Cntent fr these prgrams is due 6 weeks in advance. Jayne creates prgrams fr events in Hughes and Weigel. Please see the separate Prgram Prtcls sheet fr instructins. EVENT TIERS Publicity activity is guided by a tier system. Events are autmatically publicized accrding t these guidelines, which remain flexible. If yur event has specific PR needs, feel free t cntact us. We welcme new ideas!
