6 Copy-Paste Images Exist 2 different ways of how can we copy-paste images in Word: Option # 1 Click on the right mouse (PC) of the images below until a dialog box appears. 1- Click in copy image 2- Paste de image in Word Option # 2 save the image in your computer and insert the picture in the following way : Insert picture To change the position of an image or to move the image in the way that we want you have click on the image then right click on it and select the option WRAP TEXT then choose an option. Change font To change the font and position of the text, select the text you want to edit, and in home you will find a lot of options in font and paragraph. Paragraph Options On this section you can find options like Indents, Alignment, Line Spacing, Sort, Bullets and Numbering. Tabs You can use tab stops to create easy-to-format documents. By using document layout options in Word, you can create, for example, a table of contents or an index without setting a single tab stop. Left tab Text is aligned to the right of the tab stop Center Tab Text is centered Right Tab Text is right aligned and extends to the left Decimal Tab Numbers are aligned to the left to the decimal Leaders are those special characters dots, dashes, underlines that create a visual link between tab stops. Most often, leaders are used in a table of contents or an index. 1. Type the text that you want to appear before the leader. 2. On the horizontal ruler, set the tab stop that you want, and then double-click it.

7 In the Tabs dialog box, under Leader, choose 1 None, 2 dots, 3 dashes, or 4 underline to set a series of characters in the case of option 2, 3, and 4 to create a link between tab stops Table and Table Tools If we want to add a new table we have to click in insert, then we are going to look for the option table In the Table Tools Design you can find option like Table Styles, Shading and Borders. In the Table Tools-Layout you can find options for the Rows and Columns, Merge and Alignment. Header and Footer In your word file you will double-click on the top to add a new header. In your word file you will double-click on the bottom to add a new footer. Table of Contents and Columns Click on the References tab-table of Contents and choose one option. Use Columns to split text in two or more columns Mailings Start a mail merge to create a form letter which you intend to print or multiple times, sending each copy to a different recipient. You can insert fields, such as Name or Address, which Word will replace automatically with information from a database or contact list for each copy of the letter.
