From creating two whole new languages just for background jokes to some very grammatically correct jokes, Futurama did it all. Add to that a likeable cast of characters, an unapologetically sociopathic robot and you have comedy gold. For example: Greeting Card: Bender: Greeting Card: Bender: Come, Comrade Bender!
