5 打洞收藏之用留白部位提供觀眾4 仙旅琴緣 找尋女高音的狩獵號角 Profiles LIN Meng-chun, soprano LIN Meng-chun received Masters of Fine Arts from Taipei National University of the Arts in Vocal Performance, and Bachelor of the Fine Arts from National Taiwan Normal University in Vocal Performance. She is also a candidate of Doctor of Musical Arts at the College-Conservatory of Music in University of Cincinnati. While her repertoire includes music from all historical periods, her specialty is in vocal chamber and contemporary music. LIN has won numerous awards and scholarships, and was chosen to represent CCM in Barbara Cook s Master-Class at Zankel Hall in Marilyn Horne Foundation Master-Class Series in She is currently an adjunct instructor at Shih-Chien University, National Taiwan Normal University and Taipei Chengshih University of Science and Technology, where she teaches Voice Lesson, Vocal Chamber Music and Liberal Arts Courses. LIU Yi-hsin, horn LIU Yi-hsin was born in Taipei, Taiwan. She received her early musical trainings in Fu-Shin Elementary and Jen-Ai Junior high school, studying both piano and French horn. In 1992, she won the first prize in Junior French horn division at the National Music Competition of Taiwan. Soon after that, she immigrated with her family to Auckland, New Zealand. She had won many prizes in music competitions while she was in Auckland, and she was also the principal horn with the Auckland Youth Orchestra for five years. In 1997, LIU received her Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance from the University of Auckland. In 1998, she was accepted with scholarship to study with the associate principal horn of the New York Philharmonic, Jerome Ashby at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City, USA. Subsequently, she continued her studies with the former second horn of Philadelphia Orchestra, Randy Gardner at the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati and was awarded with the Doctoral of Musical Arts degree in June, LIU has been the principal horn with the National Symphony Orchestra in Taiwan since September HSU Hui-pin, piano Dr. HSU Hui-pin is a pianist/conductor and the winner of the 2009 International Conductors Workshop and Competition in Georgia, U.S.A. She received her doctoral degree in piano performance (under the tutelage of Prof. Martin Canin of the Julliard School), from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. As a pianist, she toured with Haifa Symphony Orchestra in Israel in 2012 and gave recitals in Germany, Austria, and Taiwan in HSU, as the soloist, recorded HSU Sung-jen s piano concerto, Pounding Rain, with the National Symphony Orchestra of Taiwan (NSO) and Maestro CHIEN Wen-pin. In , HSU regularly collaborated with NSO as a pianist, and she also serves as assistant conductor in its 2013 Europe tour. HSU made her U.S. professional conducting debut with the Macon Symphony Orchestra in She has also conducted the Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra and the Astoria Symphony Orchestra.
