Friends of Bill are invited to Sunol Jazz Cafe, Main Street, Sunol. Sunday, October 21st, 1 to 4 p..m. Members of the old Churchill Street J.B. will play, as well as other musicians. Dottie and Doc Lawless were very active in the jazz scene and primarily responsible for running NOJC many years ago. Ed passed away about 6 or 7 years ago. OUR WORLD By Joseph Templett Our world is full of music, that is given to us all. It brings us special moments, when music is that call. It s music that helps each day, a gift I must confess. Perhaps a prayer I can say, will help me through my stress. A prayer can endure most anything, with help from up above. Even restore the life within, and still maintain it s love. I must contain the strength I seek, and remember what I ve said. Yet nature is what we keep, when the knowledge is in our head. Hope and love can be grand, from the music I m thinking of. But greatness is in any man, if he has a heart with love. Our world is full of music, for it is a personal call. We come to that special moment, when music is there for us all.
