6 Differentiatin During each year, sme children will have exceeded the utcmes described belw and thers will nt have prgressed s far. These children shuld be given pprtunities t develp skills, increase understanding and be creative at their wn level. In sme cases differentiatin will be by utcme, but tutrs and class teachers can use a range f strategies t ensure that all children are catered fr. It is here that the partnership between tutrs and class teachers is essential. Effective cllabrative assessment and cmmunicatin regarding children s expected prgress is f great imprtance t ensure prgressin.
