GILDERFLUKE & C o. 0 SOUTH FLOWER STREET BURBANK, CALIFORNIA 00 /0 00/ FAX /0 EAST COAST/FLORIDA OFFICE 0 GRAND NATIONAL DRIVE, SUITE d ORLANDO, FLORIDA 0/ FAX 0/ I am proud of the fat that I never invented weapons to kill Thomas Edison All the News that we ould jam into a little under pages Winter Views and News from the World of Gilderfluke & Co., In. p0: The First Year It has w been one year sine we released our first prodution run of p0 Audio Repeaters and Controllers. We kw they were going to be popular when the first run of 00 sold out in less than a month! This left us in the unusual position of having to srape together a few prototypes to use at the IAAPA onvention in 00. We simply had more prodution units left, even for ourselves! Needless to say, we immediately started a seond run, and a third, and a fourth, and w a fifth! Eah run larger than the last. All in the first year! As soon as one run omes in from our prodution shop, it disappears out the shipping door. We are selling them just about as fast as we an make them! We have made onstant improvements in the p0s ~ o n t i n u e d o n p a g e ~ Wireless Servo Control We have a projet where a film lient needed to ontrol nearly a thousand model airplanestyle Servootors at the same time. To ompliate matters, they had to do this without using any wires. Typial offtheshelf model airplane radios eah ontrol or Servootors. Just a few radios will work just fine together. If too many radios try running in the same small area, all you get is jumping servos as the radios interfere with eah other. This projet would require almost 00 radios. Not only would this be ost prohibitive, it probably wouldn t even work using standard RC radio gear! ~ o n t i n u e d o n p a g e ~ Number Twenty Years, more or less... It has w been twenty full years sine Gilderfluke & Company built and installed our very first ommerially available Control System. This was at Ktts Berry Farm in Buena Park, California. The year was. As far as we kw, the animation it was running has long sine rumbled into dust, but the ontrol system (last time we heked) was still plugging away! Newly Portable Liensing for PC ACs RealTime We have been selling a softwareonly, liense upgrade to PC ACs for some years w. It allows you to program and play shows in RealTime using only your mouse and keyboard as the input devies. When you press a key or move the mouse, it triggers the output of the Control System. At the same time, P C A C s an remember exatly what you did and when you did it for later playbak. The only problem we have had is that our ustomers are rough on their omputers. They drop them. They kik them. They get them wet. They run over them with ride vehiles! Sine the Software liense is linked to the omputer and hard drive upon whih it is installed, there has been a onstant need for us to replae lienses as omputers fail or get upgraded. This is a pain in the butt. Starting with the this year s IAAPA release of PC ACs, we will be implementing a ombination hardware/software liensing sheme based upon a USB dongle. When you run the new version of PC ACs, it will work ~ o n t i n u e d o n p a g e ~ Wireless DX Imagine programming a show without having to run a programming able. When you finish programming a sene, you just pik up you omputer and move to the next sene without having to drag along and reroute ables. Wouldn t it save a ton of time to be able to program a ride through attration from onboard the vehile, instead of having to work from trak side? While doing the legwork for the wireless Servootor ~ o n t i n u e d o n p a g e ~

GILDERFLUKE & C o. 0 SOUTH FLOWER STREET BURBANK, CALIFORNIA 00 /0 00/ FAX /0 EAST COAST/FLORIDA OFFICE 0 GRAND NATIONAL DRIVE, SUITE d ORLANDO, FLORIDA 0/ FAX 0/ What s New In PC ACs PC ACs has been undergoing some major enhanements this year, whih will be released after IAAPA in Orlando. In addition to the hanges in the RealTime Liensing (see New Portable Liensing for PC ACs on page one), there have been dozens of enhanements to PC ACs through the year. Several are to better support the ACsUSB, while others add new apabilities and features: The easiest way to program a show has been to link a.wav file to the show you are working on. Aess is instantaneous, and w h e n e d i t i n g o n t h e O f f L i n e E d i t i n g w i n d o w, you an see the waveforms of the sound to see the relationships between the sound and animation. We have w extended this to support most types of audio and video files supported by the Windows edia Player. This means that you an load up a p diretly for programming a p0, without having to onvert it bak to a.wav file. About the only formats t supported are those with DR (Digital Rights anagement) odes. When a show is linked to a video file, a video window an appear in PC ACs and on the OffLine Editing Window. If you are programming a motion base, the video an ome right off your omputer! For programming animated haraters with perfet lip syn, you an videotape the ators mouths as they reord their lines. The proper mouth shape and timing will then appear right on PC ACs sreens! When downloading shows to the playbak hardware, PC ACs has always remembered the settings on onseutive downloads. The problem was that it ouldn t reall a download that had been done years before, or on a different PC. A newly enhaned.set file inludes all the information that PC ACs needs to reload all the settings from a previous download. On shows that use a Smart Brik Brain, the Brain has always needed to be onfigured manually with the numbers generated in the.set file report by PC ACs. Now there is an additional ommand on the AutoDownload menu whih allows you to send the urrent onfiguration to the Smart Brik Brain. Individual show settings, show names, time ode and strings are all set automatially. Only the settings for the inputs and alendar/shedule will need to be entered manually. PC ACs and GilderTerm have never liked to share the same serial port. Only one an own it at the same time (this is atually a limitation inside Windows). To make onfiguring hardware easier, GilderTerm an w be alled up from within PC ACs. When it is ative, it kws it owns the serial port. As soon as it is put away, PC ACs takes it bak. In the liensed Hardwareless mode of operation, PC ACs lets you program your show in RealTime using the mouse and keyboard as a simple programming onsole. We w have enabled input from joystiks as well. Analog hannels and digital swithes an be assigned to program different funtions, just like the mouse and keyboard. It is t unusual to intersperse delay shows between the regular shows, espeially on smaller systems like the BR inibriks. Even if eah delay show used the same.sho file as its soure, PC ACs would save separate data for eah. In the smaller systems, this eats up the show data spae needlessly. Now PC ACs will save the data from idential shows only one, and just save a new header (whih only eats up sixteen bytes!) for eah instane of the show in the AutoDownload list. The list of triks you an do with the hardware inputs on a ACsUSB (or older ACsSP) has grown. You an w all up onsole presets, along with all the standard PC ACs transport ommands. We have done A LOT of film projets this past year. any improvements in the operation of the mixer funtions have been made to aommodate the needs of onset use. These inlude more stable mixer operations, the ability to average the hannels being mixed, and toggles for turning off (or t) mixing during playbak and rehearsal. Keyboards Ease Programming PC ACs has keyboard shortuts for just about every funtion. Even so, while you are programming a show, it is t always onvenient to reah for a keyboard to find that speial keystroke ombination. We have found speialized keyboards whih an make programming easier. The one shown is x. Eah key an be onfigured to represent a single keystroke, or a whole series of keystrokes. You an onfigure individual buttons for Reord, Pause or Play. Other keys an be used for the number keys through (great for Hardwareless programming!). Keys an be made to do more than one thing. At the trade shows, we set buttons to stop and then play, or stop and reord. This makes sure it always starts from the front. ACsUSB The ACsUSB was a long time in oming. Under development for almost four years, we started shipping them in quantity last year (and sold out of our st run!) New features inlude the ability to generate Smpte time ode at, and 0 FPS, and run from the power provided by the USB port of the PC. In most ases, a separate power supply is unneeded.

GILDERFLUKE & C o. 0 SOUTH FLOWER STREET BURBANK, CALIFORNIA 00 /0 00/ FAX /0 EAST COAST/FLORIDA OFFICE 0 GRAND NATIONAL DRIVE, SUITE d ORLANDO, FLORIDA 0/ FAX 0/ Video Playbak Solutions We have video solutions available to fit just about any appliation or budget. The CP00 is a low ost video player whih an hold up to 0 minutes of PEG video on a CDRO. It is available with or without trigger inputs. For higher reliability installations, our moving parts solution is the Video Chameleon. This plays video from removable Compat Flash ards. It has a serial port and digital trigger inputs for ontrol. An Ethernet port allows remote updating and onfiguration. The standard for video soure used to be a Pioneer LDV000 LaserDisk. This has been replaed by the Pioneer DVDV00. It is about the only industrial strength DVD player available. It an be triggered and synhronized through the RS serial port. Sounds in the Woods We had a lient last year who needed sounds to be played in a remote loation. A very remote loation. The requirement was for audio narration to aompany the guide signs loated along hiking trails in a park. Guests an approah the signs, and press one of several buttons to learn about a geographi feature or the loal fauna and flora. With hours of apaity, inputs and up to sounds stored on a Smart e d i a ard, seleting and playing the sounds from a p0 is problem. Even when using its surprisingly powerful builtin amplifier, the urrent draw of a p0 is very low. We loated offtheshelf solar ells and mathing gel ell batteries that ould easily run the units. Ather peuliarity of this installation was steep anyon walls whih allowed only six hours of sunlight eah day for harging the batteries. Even so, the p0s an run for days through loudy weather. The same solution an also be used to provide sound on skyway bukets, boats, islands and other plaes where power is unavailable. In the future, many more installations like this will be required for ADA ompliane. ini p and BREFB Two new produts are planned for the first half of 00. In the first quarter, we should be releasing a ut down version of the p0 Audio Repeater. This will have fewer inputs, and ability to be upgraded for show and lighting ontrol or rak mounting. It will stritly be an audio repeater. The BREFB is w on somewhere around its sixth groundup redesign. This will be a Smart/Dumb brik ard whih will lose the feedbak servo loop for up to eight axis. It will have modes to run stepper motors (up to four bipolar) and DC motors (urrent output is several amps per hannel. Configuration will be done through the serial port, or the x LCD sreen on its front. Onboard storage for more than a half hour of animation data will be standard (larger apaities are possible), or it an run via DX provided by a BRSmartedia or other soure. New Analog Pneumati Valves What is the reason so few ompanies build analog Animatroni figures? There is only one answer, and that is the ost of the valves. Typial analog pneumati valves ost in the range of $00 to $000! Just about everyone who has been involved in animation for a long time has tried to operate standard digital valves in an analog mode. The Clippard EV valves are partiularly well suited for this sort of thing. Now Clippard Engineering has revamped the spider in their standard EV valves. It has been optimized for use in an analog mode. The good news: These valves are about $0! The bad news: They are two way valves, so you will need to use four valves to ontrol a double ating ylinder (still only about $00), and they need a speial driver iruit. We will be doing some experimenting with a set of Valves whih Clippard has kindly sent to us. Our new Eletroni Feedbak Card will inlude a mode of operation enhaned just to support these valves. Appliation Notes We are often asked to help our lients with speifi projets and questions. If we get asked the same question more than a few times, our stok response will usually evolve into an appliation te. The subjet of these range from How to hook up pneumati ylinders to How to build a simple programming onsole to How to attah an animation system to a remote ontrol. Our most popular is an appliation te on How to hook up your first Control System, for beginning users. Who kws, even if your appliation seems pretty bizarre, we may well have the answer in one of our appliation tes. Just give us a all to find out.

GILDERFLUKE & C o. 0 SOUTH FLOWER STREET BURBANK, CALIFORNIA 00 /0 00/ FAX /0 EAST COAST/FLORIDA OFFICE 0 GRAND NATIONAL DRIVE, SUITE d ORLANDO, FLORIDA 0/ FAX 0/ EasyToUse Relays Paks We have found what is perhaps the best bargain in relays. The LCSP. This is a box with eight relays in it. Not lunky eletromehanial relays, but modern, zero rossing solid state relays! These won t lik, lunk or wear. The LCSP omes in a x x rak mountable metal box. Power is applied through a line ord, and the output is through eight duplex Edison sokets (two sokets for eah ontrolled iruit!). You just plug the box into the wall, and then plug your loads into the outlets. Attah a Control system through our speiallybuilt adapter and you an ontrol eight 0 Amp loads. Total load for all eight outputs is Amps at VAC (0 is availible). p0... ontinued from page : sine their initial release: Although the name remains p0, they an w play standard sixteen bit resolution.wav files as well. The rmal.wav sample rate is. K samples per seond. Our latest firmware supports.wav files at K and some of the lower rates as well. o or stereo.wav files an be used. The p hip used inside the player is designed for use in hip top p players. As a result, many of its features are for the unique irumstanes of bouning along while tied to a jogger s belt. Chief among these is a slow trigger response and prebuffering the data stream to allow for skips. None of these are needed in the p0s, and resulted in a long trigger delay. We have w redued the trigger time down to approximately 0 milliseonds. This is less than one frame, and should get the animation and sound tight eugh to satisfy anyone s need for lip syn! The Atomi Clok remains a popular option, espeially for lok towers and fountain ontrol systems. This adds a lok inside the p0/ or p0/0. This lok is laser trimmed to be aurate within /0 parts per million (about as aurate as a good wristwath). Just to keep the thing really aurate, we then tie it to an external lok radiosynhronized with the Naval Observatory lok in Boulder, Colorado. This lok is aurate to within one seond every 0,000,000 years. The external atomi lok synhronizes the internal lok to the National Bureau of Standards time one eah day. s and sounds are sheduled to play is set using the p0 Configurator. A familiar alendar is used to selet whih days you want to use for any partiular shedule. You an have up to different shedules, with any number of entries in eah. Eah shedule is then a simple list of the time you want something to play, and whih show or sound you want to play. Passive, RetroRefletive or ThroughBeam? What do these three phrases have in ommon? They are rmally followed by the word InfraRed, or IR for short. They are the three main families of sensors used to trigger a show or sound as a person approahes. Eah has its own speial attributes and purpose: Passive InfraRed sensors are the motion detetors most ommonly used in alarm systems. They are the ones you see winking their little red eyes at you as you pass. They pik up the heat of a moving objet, preferably a human, and sound an alarm. Beause they are looking for a differene in heat from the bakground, they an miss humans as the ambient temperature approahes that of the desired targets. Ciruitry in the sensors an be used to minimize the sensitivity to smaller objets (i.e.: pets, hildren or other varmints). Passive InfraRed sensors should be used when you want to trigger a sound or show when a person enters the a general area, and t at a speifi point. The point when the sensor triggers will vary with the temperature and other onditions. If you want to over a large area, aim the sensor horizontally (or nearly so) to over the entire spae. If you want to trigger as a person approahes a speifi area, aim the sensor vertially (or nearly so) to over just that spae. In museums, the sensors are often mounted diretly above a display, pointing down at the floor in front. A Through Beam IR sensor onsist of two parts. The two parts usually look just about idential. One is a transmitter, and the other a reeiver. The reeiver will signal any time an objet passes between the two, breaking the beam. This is the most reliable kind of sensor to use for safety or piking up a person passing a speifi plae. RetroRefletive IR sensors are similar to Through Beam IR Sensors, exept that the transmitter and reeiver are built into the same housing. The beam from the transmitter is aimed at a refletor loated aross the path of the motion. The light bounes off this refletor, and some of it makes it bak to the reeiver. When any objet bloks the light beam, the reeiver is tripped to start the show/sound. RetroRefletive IR sensors have the advantage over their Through Beam ounterparts that only one ombined transmitter/reeiver needs to be mounted and wired. The disadvantage is that under some irumstanes, a RetroRefletive IR sensor an be fooled. Some heaper ones will happily reflet off any light olored objet, just as easily as the refletor they are supposed use. These are alled Diffuse refletive sensors when they are designed this way purposely. We had one retrofit that used some really heap sensors for their safety system. They wouldn t see anyone in light olored lothing within five feet! The only way they would EStop the ride was after splashing blood obsured their view or darkened the lothing. We insisted that they be replaed!

One of our first systems was made to ontrol a simulator. any systems go into otion Base retrofits. ost of these are for Doron and similar small bases that were mass produed through the years. Some of these have been junked, simply beause their projetion or ontrol systems have died. They an be bought for a fration of the original ost, even though their mehanisms are OK. Swithing one of these bases over to a Gilderfluke & Co. Control system usually takes about a day. There are four wires per ylinder, and about ten more wires that need to be rerouted. Four relays need to be replaed. You an then bolt in a small LCD projetor, add a new video soure (Solid state or DVD), and you are ready to fly. We kw several people who have already onverted several small motion bases, and would like thing more than to onvert yours too. Doing ore With Less The number of different produts we sell ontinues to shrink. A few years ago, our prie list was 0 pages long. It is w down to six. What is the reason for this? We are purposely narrowing our produt lines. Combining the funtions of several produts into one. As an example, the BRSmartedia replaes three different produts. The p 0s replaes a dozen different produts. ost projets break down into a few basi arhitetures: Small digital shows without sound: BRiniBriks for outputs or less, BRultiBriks for larger shows. Need analogs: Use a BRANA, with ZBriks for digital outputs. s with Sound: p0/ or p0/0. These provide show ontrol, lighting ontrol (via DX), high quality audio output from p or.wav file playbak, and amplifiation via the onboard Watt amplifier. For the vast majority of shows, the ps are the only piee of equipment needed. Add light dimmers, SERDXs, BRANA or DACs if you need dimming, Servootors, or analogs. Larger shows: BRSmartedia feeding DX to Z Briks, p0s, SERDX, and other ards. data is stored entrally. The other ards are used only for outputs. Timeode loked shows: Add a Brik Brain. They an lok any number of briks to Smpte or DVD time odes. App. Note: otor Animation otors are often used for doing low ost animation. ost motorized animation runs as long as it is plugged in, doing the same thing over and over and over and over... You typially see it in store holiday and window displays. Adding a simple Control System like the BRiniBrik or p0/ or p0/0 (for synhronized sound too!) is an easy and inexpensive way to build a muh better show. If the motor just needs to run for a while, and then stop at whatever point it is at: You just wire it to a solid state relay Control Out / J 0 sup d d d d d d d Control Out / J 0 sup d d d d d d d n Limit Swith AC or DC otor AC or DC Supply (DRV0 for DC, or SSRFS & SSRA, LCSP, PB0 for AC). When the output is on, the motor runs. When it is off the motor stops. But what happens when you need to have the motor stop in a speifi position? This requires some sort of rudimentary feedbak. If it only needs to stop at a single home point, a limit swith is the most eomial form of feedbak available. The limit swith is mounted so that it gets triggered by a am at the desired stopping point. This tehnique an be used on turntables, olor wheels, pattern wheels for fiber optis, or eletrially driven linear atuators. As before, the output from the ontrol system is wired to a solid state relay whih will be ontrolling the motor. The limit swith is wired to the low voltage/urrent side of the relay as well. This keeps the wiring to the limit swithes at the low ontrol voltage. The easiest method is to lip a transition onnetor to the same able that feeds the relay. You an then wire your limit swith to these terminals. The limit swith onnets the signal line to the relay to ground whenever the swith is NOT on the am lobe. The ommand signal from the ontrol system starts the motor AC or DC otor AC or DC Supply running. Soon after, the limit swith runs off the trailing edge of the am lobe. The limit swith w takes over to onnet the relay s primary to ground, foring it on. As it rotates around, the ontrol system output doesn t matter, beause the limit swith is foring it on. When the am lobe one again reahes the limit swith, it opens the limit swith s ontat. If the ontrol output is on, then the motor will run right past the am lobe, ompletely igring it. If the ommand signal from the ontrol system is off, the motor will stop (the lobe must remain in ontat with the swith long eugh for the motor to oast to a omplete stop). In the previous example, the motor rotates one full yle one it is started. What if you need to be able to stop the

GILDERFLUKE & C o. 0 SOUTH FLOWER STREET BURBANK, CALIFORNIA 00 /0 00/ FAX /0 EAST COAST/FLORIDA OFFICE 0 GRAND NATIONAL DRIVE, SUITE d ORLANDO, FLORIDA 0/ FAX 0/ motor at one or more spots before it reahes home again? All you need to do is wire the limit swith to a seond ontrol output from the Control System. The first output will get the motor off the home lobe of the Control Out / J 0 sup d d d d d d d Control Out / J 0 sup d d d d d d d Control Out / J 0 sup d d d d d d d Control Out / J 0 sup d d d d d d d n Limit Swith n Limit Swith 'A' n Limit Swith 'B' Limit Swith n 'A' Limit Swith n 'B' Limit Swith n 'A' Limit Swith n 'B' n n Reversing Relay n n n Reversing Relay Starter Cap AC Permanent Split Capaitor otor (any motors are wired differently. Chek the motor you are using for speifi wiring requirements) AC or DC otor AC or DC Supply am. It is used (with the seond output off ) to start and stop the motor at any point, igring the limit swith. The seond output (when the first is off ) is used when you need to home up the motor. Turn it on and the motor will run until it parks on the home am lobe. If you need to be able to stop at a seond point, you just add ather limit swith and digital output from the Control System. With the first output is off, the motor will run to the seond limit swith when its output is on. This AC or DC otor DC otor AC or DC Supply tehnique an be extended with additional swithes and outputs to provide many different stopping points. If you need to reverse the motor and run between two limit swithes, the system an get a bit more ompliated. AC Supply This is often used with eletri linear atuators, A seond diretion ontrol output is needed for a DPDT (Double Pole, Double Throw) relay for a split apaitor AC motor, or a PDT (Three Pole, Double Throw) relay for a DC otor. The DC Supply first output still runs to a solid state relay to start and stop the motor. The seond output is used to selet the diretion the motor will run (always set the diretion before the motor is started). Some motors an t be reversed while running. Wireless DX... ontinued from page : o n t r o l l e r that beame the BtServo, we found s e v e r a l radios whih would have been perfet, if it weren t for spae onstraints. As a spiff, we will be releasing a new wireless DX and serial data link. The radios we are using are preapproved for worldwide use, operating in the. GHz frequeny range. They are rated for a lineofsight range of about 0,000 feet. This should allow it to ut through the interfeene (and walls) found on most job sites! In addition to transmitting a full hannel universe of DX, there is seondary 00 baud serial link. It an be used to onfigure the ontrol system or download your ompleted shows. Brik Brain With Atomi Clok The BSBRNCRD Smart Brik Brain has a sheduling and automated playbak features similar to the lok option on the p0 repeaters. It has used a fatory lasertrimmed real time lok to trigger shows. The Atomi lok option has been so suessful on the p0s, that we have added this feature to the Brik Brains as well. To get the Atomi Clok option with your next Smart Brik Brain, order the p/0 Atomi lok upgrade. Atomi Clok Portable PC ACs Liense... ontinued from page : exatly as before (albeit with a LOT of enhanements we are adding this year!). You an all us to order a software upgrade over the phone and we will issue a key number whih will immediately enable the upgraded program features. Unlike the old key, this software key will only work for two weeks. During this time. we will send you a USB Dongle. One this arrives, it an be plugged into this, or any other PC, and it will enable the enhaned features of PC ACs. The dongle an be used on any PC, albeit one at a time. If your omputer dies (or is killed), you an simply move the dongle to the replaement PC. Customers who order the upgraded PC ACs software with their equipment will reeive a USB Dongle with the rest of their order. Just plugging it in will enable the upgraded PC ACs features, so they never need to all us for a liense number. For ustomers with existing software keys, the new version of the program will start a two week timer on your existing key. During this time, you should order the Dongle Upgrade so that we an get the USB Dongle to you before the software liense expires. Your RealTime upgrade will beome portable as soon as you reeive your new a USB Dongle. If you want to keep your software liense as it w exists, do t load or run the new versions of PC ACs.

GILDERFLUKE & C o. 0 SOUTH FLOWER STREET BURBANK, CALIFORNIA 00 /0 00/ FAX /0 EAST COAST/FLORIDA OFFICE 0 GRAND NATIONAL DRIVE, SUITE d ORLANDO, FLORIDA 0/ FAX 0/ Wireless Servo Controls... ontinued from page : To build the BtServo, we added a radio transeiver and shrunk the iruit of SERDX by /. It is w just a tad bigger than a volt transistor radio battery. The BtServo ontrols up to sixteen Servootors at or bits of resolution. In either ase, the servo data is upsampled to 0 Hz and proessed at bits of resolution for maximum smoothness. The endpoints for eah servo are set e l e t r o n i a l l y through the BtServo. You get about 0% greater stroke than you an typially ahieve with a ommerial RC transmitter. The BtServo an be set to EaseIn when it senses anything that might ause the servos to jump, and automatially turn off the servos to save batteries between takes. With a model airplane radio rig, you need one transmitter for eah and every reeiver. With the number of servos we needed to ontrol, this wouldn't be pratial tehnially or eomially. Eah transmitter base station reeives DX or RealTime serial data from a PC ACs system and transmits data for up to eight bit wide hannels. This will typially ontrol Servootors at bits of resolution, or if using bits of resolution. Eah radio has software seletable frequenies, so interferene between radios is easy to avoid. Beause the radios we used for the BtServo and base station are atually transeivers, we are able to ommuniate in both diretions. The BtServo an be onfigured wirelessly, and will report its status (things like battery voltage) bak to the base station. Gilderfluke & Co. s Greatest Hits On CDRO We are w distributing all of our printed material and software on a single CDRO. Every manual, ut sheet, and piee of software we offer is all on one disk. These are available with most purhases, or for a minal harge. Gilder WEB Page Our web site lives on a little ia, and is onneted to the Internet by dual T lines. With inhouse web hosting, all douments are updated immediately.
