The Civic Center determines security cverage fr each event which may require additinal charges. Rental fees are nn-refundable. N ticketed events are allwed in the ballrm r meeting rms. EVENT HOURS Security remains n duty until all persns & event services assciated with this event have mved in and ut f the building. Access Times are included in all written agreements. CATERING The Savannah Civic Center Catering Plicy requires that all fd and beverages must be prvided by Caterers that are n the facility s Apprved List f Caterers. This list is available thrugh yur Event Planner. Caterers that want t be added t this list can cntact the Event Crdinatr fr additinal infrmatin. A cpy f the Caterer s Invice must be submitted t the Civic Center n later than 10 days prir t the event. ROOM ARANGEMENT & SET- UP Set-up arrangements fr the rm(s) shuld be submitted t yur Event Planner n later than ten (10) days prir t the event. Table linens and skirting are the respnsibility f the Lessee. CLEAN-UP After the event is ver, yu are respnsible fr clearing ut all items belnging t yur party and guests. Yur Caterer and Decratr must als take ut all equipment and dispse f any trash r excess fd. Any rented items must be taken hme. N items can be stred fr later pickup. NO FOOD IS TO BE LEFT IN THE ROOMS. THE CIVIC CENTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN THE ROOM. Any event that fails pst-event inspectin will be subject t a $ cleaning fee. A Temprary Alchl Permit is required fr every event with alchl being serviced. All alchl must be pured by Bar Card certified bartenders. One can be prvided fr $ fee. A cash bar is available upn request starting at $ per bar. EQUIPMENT The Civic Center des nt supply any audivisual equipment r musical instruments. There is a $ charge fr use f the Civic Center PA system, which includes ne micrphne. PARKING The parking lt is NOT included in rm rental. If anther event is scheduled fr the Arena r Theater, there will be a per vehicle charge n a first-cme first-serve basis. The cst varies.
