1 Student Perfrmers General Student Perfrmer FAQ LOCATIONS: Auditins/Studi Rehearsals take place at the Tdd Blender Center. Theatre Rehearsals/Perfrmances take place at the Kauffman Center fr the Perfrming Arts. ALL AUDITIONS: Please wear yur schl unifrm in the clr assigned t yur level. Bring a cmpleted and signed Auditin Frm (per prductin) & Media Release (full seasn, nly needs t be cmpleted nce). Student heights will be measured by KCB staff at all auditins. ELIGIBLE STUDENTS: : Levels 2 6 and Daytime TBD. The Nutcracker: Levels Pre-Ballet-8 and Daytime TBD, height range determined by rle. All rles fr all prductins may be single r duble cast. Please see each prductin s rehearsal schedule fr details regarding rles by level and auditin schedules. By auditining, students agree that they are available fr all applicable rehearsals and perfrmances and will accept the rle assigned t them by the Artistic Directr r Chregrapher. There is ne excused absence per student per prductin. All perfrmances are mandatry. Mandatry rehearsal dates are listed n each prductin s rehearsal schedule. Mre than ne absence per prductin may result in students being excused frm the prductin at the discretin f the Artistic Directr. Students als cast in The Nutcracker will be excused frm cnflicting rehearsals during rehearsals and perfrmances. The schl will ntify students f any class changes due t rehearsal cnflicts. Students will be excused frm classes that cnflict with cmpany rehearsals. All rehearsal schedules are subject t change. Due t the evlving nature f a brand-new prductin, The Wizard f Oz rehearsals will be very subject t change. Best effrts will be made t prvide 24 hurs ntice fr any changes. Changes/Updates will be cmmunicated via Remind text messages, frm kcbstagemanagement@gmail.cm and at COSTUMES: Students prvide their wn clthing t wear underneath cstumes. This may result in the need t purchase a special letard, tights, trunks r shes (eg. flesh clred letard). Special items will be listed n each prductin s Rle Inf Sheets (distributed during rehearsals). COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS: A frm will be distributed and made available n the Student Perfrmer website fr each prductin. This plicy is subject t change.
