4 key PROGRAMME The Cmpetitin is the main highlight f ur festival with the largest prize mney awarded. It is thrugh the cmpetitin that participants learn t wrk tgether t achieve a cmmn gal. COMPETITION SCHOOL/ CHOIR EXCHANGE Participating Chirs will be given the pprtunity t interact with ther chir frm ther natins. It is thrugh such sessins that they interact, relate and frge lasting friendships. The mass master class aims t prvide participants with an all-runded learning experience. MASS MASTER CLASS INDIVIDUAL MASTER CLASS During the individual master class, chir members tgether with the chir cnductr will be able t wrk specifically n the chir s strengths and weaknesses identified by the adjudicatrs during the Cmpetitin. The cncert aims at raising MUSIC WITHIN scial awareness, COMMUNITY CONCERT develping character and civic mindedness in the yuth participants. Thrugh the cncert, participants have an pprtunity t wrk and perfrm tgether in the cncert fr greater expsure and cntribute twards meaningful scial causes. GALA CONCERT/ CLOSING CEREMONY Each categry winner will present their winning chral pieces t the ther participants and visitrs at the grand Prix cmpetitin.

Each chir will be evaluated n a 100-pint system based n the fllwing criteria: (a) Technicality (40%) Intnatin,Rhythm, Dictin, Dynamics and Balance; (b) Musicality (40%) Fidelity t partitur (Adherence t Original Scre), Phrasing, Interpretatin and Style; (c) Overall impressin (20%) Prgramming, Expressin and Overall Artistic Impressin. It will receive a trphy and a certificate. Furthermre, a cash prize will be awarded when there are at least 3 cmpeting chirs in the same categry. GRAND PRIX WINNER The jury will nminate the categry winners r tp 5 scrers t the Grand Prix cmpetitin. The winner f the Grand Prix Cmpetitin will receive the special Grand Prix Trphy and cash prize f S$20, The Grand Prix cmpetitin prgramme must cntain 2 a cappella wrks, which are nt sung by the chir in any categry cmpetitin GRAND PRIX WINNER A1 Categry Winner A2 A3, B1- B2, E, K and S Categry Winner A4, B3, C, F and G Categry Winner The maximum duratin f these 2 pieces is 8 minutes. The Grand Prix cmpetitin will take place during the final evening f the festival n 4 July, SPECIAL JURY AWARDS The jury may award additinal special prizes fr utstanding artistic achievements e.g. Cnductr s Prize, Best Interpretatin Prize and etc. SPECIAL PRIZE A special prize will be awarded fr the best perfrmance f a Singapre cmpsitin r arrangement. DELEGATIONS Exceptinally utstanding chirs may be delegated fr the next cmpetitin.
